Group HR Administration Supervisor
Job Overview
The role shall be responsible for coordinating and supervising day-to-day Human Resources administrative operations across the Group under the direction of the Group Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily HR administrative operations across the Group.
- Managing employee records, HR documentation, filing systems, and employee correspondence.
- Coordinating recruitment processes, interview schedules, onboarding, and induction activities.
- Supporting payroll administration through attendance verification, leave adjustments, overtime records, and employee data validation.
- Coordinating disciplinary processes, investigations, employee relations documentation, and grievance tracking.
- Monitoring probation confirmations, contract expiries, leave balances, and compliance records.
- Preparing HR operational reports including headcount reports, leave reports, recruitment trackers, attendance summaries, and disciplinary trackers.
- Supporting implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinating performance appraisal administration and KPI documentation processes.
- Ensuring HR operational compliance with labour laws and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources administration or operations.
- At least two (2) years in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Strong exposure to recruitment coordination, HR administration, employee relations, records management, and payroll support.
- Experience in a multi-company or group environment shall be an added advantage.
- Professional HR certification and HRIS/payroll systems exposure will be an added advantage.
