Group HR Administration Supervisor

Job Overview

The role shall be responsible for coordinating and supervising day-to-day Human Resources administrative operations across the Group under the direction of the Group Human Resources Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating daily HR administrative operations across the Group.
  • Managing employee records, HR documentation, filing systems, and employee correspondence.
  • Coordinating recruitment processes, interview schedules, onboarding, and induction activities.
  • Supporting payroll administration through attendance verification, leave adjustments, overtime records, and employee data validation.
  • Coordinating disciplinary processes, investigations, employee relations documentation, and grievance tracking.
  • Monitoring probation confirmations, contract expiries, leave balances, and compliance records.
  • Preparing HR operational reports including headcount reports, leave reports, recruitment trackers, attendance summaries, and disciplinary trackers.
  • Supporting implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Coordinating performance appraisal administration and KPI documentation processes.
  • Ensuring HR operational compliance with labour laws and company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources administration or operations.
  • At least two (2) years in a supervisory or coordination role.
  • Strong exposure to recruitment coordination, HR administration, employee relations, records management, and payroll support.
  • Experience in a multi-company or group environment shall be an added advantage.
  • Professional HR certification and HRIS/payroll systems exposure will be an added advantage.
