Position Overview

Procurement Administrator II, International

The role focuses on procurement coordination, vendor management, inventory control, warehouse support, and logistics administration.

The successful candidate will support communication between departments and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes while maintaining compliance with company procedures.


Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Collect and analyze procurement data
  • Coordinate vendor approvals with Legal and Safety teams
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier records
  • Support procurement documentation and compliance processes
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Communicate with vendors and resolve inquiries
  • Maintain procurement databases and spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth procurement operations
  • Track inventory levels and support supply forecasting
  • Organize vendor compliance training attendance
  • Track requisitions, contracts, and orders
  • Maintain organized procurement documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in:
    • Procurement
    • Vendor management
  • Good knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • Outlook
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
