Job Summary

Herocean Enterprise is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Driver to support daily company operations through safe and timely transportation services. The ideal candidate should be reliable, professional, and capable of maintaining company vehicles in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Transportation: Drive company staff, visitors, and goods safely to assigned destinations.
Punctuality: Ensure timely transportation according to company schedules.
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
Log Keeping: Keep accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
Incident Reporting: Report any mechanical problems or accidents immediately to management.
Compliance: Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Logistics Support: Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
Documentation: Ensure the validity of vehicle documents, such as insurance and licenses.

Requirements and Qualifications

Licensing: Must possess a valid driving license.
Experience: At least 2 years of professional driving experience within a company or organization.
Education: A university degree or college diploma is considered an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
Safety Training: A defensive driving training certificate is an added advantage.

Compensation & Probation

Probation Period: 6 months.
Salary: A comprehensive monthly salary of 500,000 Tanzanian Shillings, which includes both the basic salary and position allowance.
