Job Purpose
The Officer, Operational Excellence will support the identification, analysis, design, and implementation of automation and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also contributes to the advancement of the bank’s Data Governance framework and assists in coordinating Data Governance Council activities.
This position combines data management, process improvement, automation, and project coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Governance & Data Management
Data Governance Council Support
- Serve as secretary to the Data Governance Council.
- Coordinate council meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain records and documentation of council activities.
Data Quality Management
- Assist in establishing and maintaining data quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with data quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of data quality practices.
Data Dictionary & Data Policies
- Coordinate and maintain the organization’s Data Dictionary.
- Promote adherence to data governance policies and standards.
- Support implementation of data management frameworks.
2. Operational Excellence & Process Automation
Process Improvement
- Assess business processes and workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Recommend and support implementation of process improvements.
Automation Initiatives
- Participate in automation projects.
- Support software and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in reducing manual processes through technology-enabled solutions.
Process Flow Analysis
- Analyze process flows and operational performance.
- Recommend improvements that enhance productivity and service delivery.
Academic Qualifications
Required Education
