Job Purpose

The Manager, Management Information Systems (MIS) supports the Finance function by providing accurate, timely, and insightful management information, financial analytics, business intelligence solutions, and reporting automation.

The role is responsible for developing and maintaining:

  • Management reports
  • Dashboards
  • Financial and analytical models
  • Data solutions
  • Automated reporting systems

Key Responsibilities

1. Management Reporting

  • Develop and maintain management reports for business and finance stakeholders.
  • Produce timely and accurate performance reports.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of reporting outputs.
  • Provide insights into financial and operational performance.

2. Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support evidence-based decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

3. Financial Planning Support

  • Support budgeting processes.
  • Assist in forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Monitor financial performance against plans and budgets.
  • Develop analytical models to support strategic initiatives.

4. Data Management & Automation

  • Work with large datasets from multiple source systems.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Automate recurring reports and reporting processes.

5. Regulatory & Governance Support

  • Support regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure reporting complies with internal policies and governance standards.

Academic Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:

  • Finance

Professional Qualifications
