In this role, you will transform operational, commercial, and portfolio data into actionable insights that drive business growth, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting business performance through reporting, analysis, forecasting, and decision support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining business dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyzing dealer, sales, and regional performance.
• Supporting reporting for customer care, collections, and operations.
• Monitoring repayment trends and portfolio quality.
• Developing business forecasts, financial models, and business cases.
• Providing actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required qualifications include:

• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
