Job Summary

MUA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead sales initiatives in Kahama.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch activities, improving market presence, increasing sales performance, and ensuring achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day branch operations.
• Manage branch finances, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Support business expansion by:
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Acquiring new clients.
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Manage and motivate the branch team to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Insurance and Risk Management
  • Project Management
  • Business Management

Additional knowledge of basic accounting is required.

Experience & Skills

Candidates should possess:

• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance or a related industry.
• Experience in:
  • Business Development
  • Sales
  • Client relationship management
  • Branch/team leadership
• Strong leadership and branch management skills.
