Job Purpose

The Head of Real Estate Department (HOD) will provide strategic leadership for ATARA Limited’s real estate division.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Real Estate Department will:

• Oversee real estate agency operations and property management services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify:

  • Tenant relationships
• Monitor real estate projects from:
  • Feasibility assessment

• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve:

• Ensure compliance with:
  • Legal requirements
  • Property regulations
  • Industry standards

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Real Estate
  • Property and Facilities Management
  • Related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in:
  • Real estate management
  • Property development
  • Real estate investment
• Strong skills in:
  • Negotiation
  • Market analysis
  • Project management
  • Strategic planning
• Proven experience in:
  • Property acquisition
  • Delivering return on investment (ROI)
  • Managing real estate portfolios
• Good knowledge of the Tanzanian real estate market.
