Chem Chem Safari operates three luxury lodges within a private wildlife concession located between Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara National Park.

The company is seeking a motivated, disciplined, and experienced Security Officer to join its team and help ensure the safety and security of:

• Guests
• Employees
• Company property
• The surrounding conservation area

Position: Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by:

• Protecting guests, employees, and company assets.
• Monitoring security situations within the property and conservation area.
• Reporting incidents and maintaining accurate security records.
• Responding effectively to emergencies.
• Supporting overall safety and security operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or conservation sector.
• Certificate in Security, Law Enforcement, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Physically fit, alert, and able to work both day and night shifts.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Strong observation, communication, and incident-reporting skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergency situations.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to providing excellent service.
• Basic First Aid training is an added advantage.
