About the Role

AML Finance Limited is seeking an experienced and growth-oriented Relationship Manager – Commercial Lending to drive its corporate and commercial lending operations. The successful candidate will leverage established business networks to acquire new clients, structure tailored credit solutions, and manage a healthy, profitable loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Client Management

• Source, onboard, and retain commercial borrowing clients to expand the institution’s lending portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Credit Structuring & Deal Closing

• Assess clients’ financial needs and structure appropriate credit facilities.
• Negotiate loan terms in accordance with the company’s credit risk guidelines.

Portfolio Monitoring & Recovery

• Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments.
• Enforce proper credit documentation and collateral compliance.
• Manage loan collections and recovery activities when necessary.

Market Expansion

• Utilize existing business networks and market insights to drive portfolio growth.
• Achieve lending, revenue, and business development targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in commercial/business lending and portfolio management within a regulated financial institution.
• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets, conducting credit evaluations, and structuring lending deals.
• Strong knowledge of credit documentation, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and strategic report-writing skills.
