The Manager Core Network will oversee the end-to-end operational management and governance of CRDB Bank’s core network environment, including:

Core Network Operations Management

• Manage daily operations, availability, and performance of core network infrastructure.
• Ensure network services meet agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Monitor network health across all Data Center locations.
• Manage incident escalation, reviews, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.

Network Architecture & Strategy
