Job Overview
Alpha Pharmacy Group is expanding its operations and is seeking qualified and experienced Community Pharmacists to join its new branches in Dodoma, Mwanza, and Arusha.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical services, managing pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting patient care.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council of Tanzania.
- At least 2 years of experience in community pharmacy.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Dodoma, Mwanza, or Arusha.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily pharmacy operations and dispensing activities.
- Provide patient counselling and medication therapy management.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council regulations and Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
- Implement health screening and wellness programmes.
