1. Manager – Property Services

Reporting Line

Head – Procurement & Property Services

Job Purpose

To ensure effective management of bank facilities and properties, including supervision of repairs, maintenance, construction projects, office equipment, and infrastructure to support efficient business operations.


Key Responsibilities

Facilities and Property Management

  • Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) submitted by vendors and verify invoices before payment.
  • Plan and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of:
    • Generators
    • UPS systems
    • Stabilizers
    • Air conditioners (ACs)
    • Lifts
    • Inverters
    • Network printers
    • Photocopy machines
    • Furniture and fittings
    • Pest control systems

Maintenance Coordination

  • Address issues raised in weekly COC reports and provide timely updates.
  • Prepare cost analyses for repair and maintenance projects.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Regulatory requirements
    • Internal policies
    • Audit recommendations
    • Governance standards

Emergency Management

  • Coordinate emergency response activities.
  • Ensure adequate backup arrangements are available for critical facilities.

Project Management

Support and coordinate:

  • New branch construction projects
  • Branch expansion projects
  • Office renovations
  • Office reorganization initiatives
  • Other construction-related activities

Design and Planning

  • Coordinate preparation of project concept drawings.
  • Facilitate approval processes for construction and renovation plans.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Property and Facilities Management
  • Procurement
  • Civil Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering

Professional certifications will be an added advantage.


Experience

  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a related field.

2. Identity Access Management Officer

Reporting Line

Security Operations Center Manager


Job Purpose

To ensure employees and systems have appropriate access rights to DTB applications while enforcing the principle of least privilege and maintaining information security standards.


Key Responsibilities

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights throughout the identity lifecycle:
    • Onboarding
    • Role changes
    • Transfers
    • Offboarding
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly user access reviews.

User Access Reviews

  • Prepare user listings for various applications.
  • Communicate listings to branches and departments for review and accreditation.
  • Follow up on completed accreditations.
  • Prepare reports for the IAM Team Lead.

Segregation of Duties (SoD)

  • Assist in developing and maintaining Segregation of Duties (SoD) permission matrices.
  • Ensure conflicts in user access rights are identified and managed.

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

  • Support activities related to privileged account management.
  • Ensure secure administration of privileged accounts.

Security Governance

  • Enforce logical access security controls.
  • Ensure unauthorized access is prevented.
  • Support implementation of security procedures and standards.

Collaboration and Projects

  • Participate in IAM-related projects.
  • Engage with the User Rights Management Group (URMG).
  • Attend project and departmental meetings.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Additional Duties

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the IAM Lead.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Information Systems
  • Cyber Security
  • Related fields

Experience

  • At least two (2) years of experience in:
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Application Support
    • Information Security
    • IT Support Functions
  • Experience in service delivery and support environments is preferred.
