1. ASSISTANT ENGINEERING MANAGER

Job Summary

The Assistant Engineering Manager will support the Engineering Manager in ensuring that hotel facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel.
• Coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist in diagnosing technical faults and ensuring timely corrective action.
• Support the operation and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS).
• Manage departmental records, reports, inventories, and administrative activities.
• Assist with engineering projects, renovations, and facility improvements.
• Act as the Engineering Manager in their absence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an engineering supervisory role within a hotel or similar environment.
• Working knowledge of the Transcendent System.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

2. ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

Job Summary

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will support the Housekeeping Manager in leading the team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Hyatt brand standards.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the housekeeping team.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control and departmental administration.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within Housekeeping.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
