Finance Officer – BMG Group

BMG Group is hiring a Finance Officer to support financial management, reporting, reconciliation and financial controls across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Position

Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate financial reporting and consolidation across the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Review subsidiary financial statements, reconciliations and intercompany variances.
• Monitor budgets, cash flows and financial performance across business units.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, audit and Group financial-control requirements.
• Support subsidiary finance teams and escalate significant financial risks to the Group CFO.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in multi-sector or group operations is an added advantage.
