Position Overview

The School of St Jude is seeking a qualified and passionate Assistant – Next Frontier’s Incubation & Small Grants Program to support the administration and coordination of the program.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys administrative work, maintaining accurate records, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring that systems and processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Incubator & Small Grants Program.
  • Track grant beneficiary reports and follow up on reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare meeting schedules, attendance lists, minutes, and tracking tools.
  • Support communication with participants, mentors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all program records and documents are accurate, complete, and well organized.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in administration or business office support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
