Job Summary

Safari Automotive Africa Ltd is seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Office Administrator to support daily administrative and operational activities.

The successful candidate will coordinate office and workshop operations, manage documentation, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and ensure smooth workflow across the business.

The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure office supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Supervise and manage company and customer fleet vehicles, including documentation and workshop coordination.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Support HR functions, including employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Coordinate administrative duties and project support with management.
  • Maintain accurate company records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
