Available Positions
1. Centrifugal Machine Operator
Vacancies: 1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate batch or continuous centrifugals to separate molasses from sugar crystals.
- Monitor machine parameters including speed, feed rate, wash water, and discharge for optimum performance.
- Ensure required sugar quality in terms of dryness, purity, and crystal size.
- Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and basic maintenance of centrifugals.
- Record machine performance, downtime, and production figures.
- Coordinate with Pan Operators during massecuite charging and with drying or packaging teams.
- Identify and report mechanical faults or process abnormalities.
- Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards in the centrifugal station.
- Follow safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in training new operators and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Process, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in sugar processing operations.
- Experience in centrifugal operations will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of sugar manufacturing processes.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot centrifugal machines.
2. Centrifugal Supervisor
Vacancies: 1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise centrifugal operators and mates in daily operations.
- Monitor batch and continuous centrifugals for optimum sugar recovery.
- Ensure correct machine parameters, including speed, feed rate, wash water, and discharge cycles.
- Monitor sugar dryness, purity, and quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with the Pan House for smooth massecuite supply.
- Maintain production records, machine performance data, and downtime reports.
- Ensure cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of centrifugals.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Train and guide operators and mates.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Process, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sugar factory operations.
- At least two (2) years of experience in centrifugal operations.
- Strong knowledge of centrifugal operations and pan house coordination.
- Supervisory and leadership skills.
- Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
3. Juice Supervisor
Vacancies: 1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise juice heaters, liming stations, clarifiers, and related equipment.
- Monitor juice flow, temperature, pH, and chemical dosing.
- Ensure proper removal of scum and mud from clarifiers.
- Coordinate with laboratory personnel on juice purity and brix levels.
- Allocate and supervise work among operators and clarifier mates.
- Prepare daily production and clarification reports.
- Conduct inspections and ensure preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report equipment faults and process abnormalities.
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Process, or Production Engineering.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sugar processing operations.
- Experience in the Juice Section is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of juice clarification and chemical treatment processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze process data and implement improvements.
4. Pan In-Charge
Vacancies: 1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise pan boilers, assistant pan boilers, and support staff.
- Manage vacuum pans to ensure efficient massecuite boiling and crystal formation.
- Monitor vacuum, temperature, brix, and steam usage.
- Coordinate laboratory testing for brix, purity, and exhaustion.
- Ensure timely discharge of massecuite to centrifugals.
- Prepare daily boiling schedules according to production targets.
- Maintain production records and shift performance reports.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of pans and auxiliary equipment.
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective measures.
- Enforce safety procedures, hygiene standards, and SOPs.
- Train and mentor junior operators.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical, Process, or Production Engineering.
- More than ten (10) years of experience in sugar processing.
- At least five (5) years in pan operations supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of sugar boiling, crystallization, and vacuum pans.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good reporting and record-keeping skills.
5. WTP Operator
Vacancies: 1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate water treatment equipment, including filters, softeners, clarifiers, and dosing systems.
- Monitor water quality parameters such as pH, TDS, hardness, and chlorine levels.
- Conduct inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain records of flow rates, chemical consumption, and equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot operational problems and report major faults.
- Ensure safe storage and handling of treatment chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment plant.
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Process, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in water treatment operations.
- Experience in industrial plants or sugar factories is preferred.
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, chemical dosing, and treatment processes.
- Ability to monitor equipment and maintain accurate operational records.
6. WTP & ETP In-Charge
Vacancies: 1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations.
- Supervise Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations.
- Monitor water quality, chemical dosing, and treatment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Plan and supervise maintenance of treatment equipment.
- Optimize water consumption and chemical usage.
- Maintain operational records and regulatory reports.
- Supervise WTP and ETP personnel and coordinate with production teams.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in water and effluent treatment systems.
- Experience in sugar factories or process industries is preferred.
7. Evaporator Mate
Vacancies: 1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in operating multiple-effect evaporators.
- Monitor juice flow, temperature, and steam supply.
- Observe brix levels and juice concentration.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Record temperature, pressure, and concentration data.
- Report abnormalities and equipment faults.
- Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards.
- Follow safety requirements and use PPE.
- Support process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Process, or Production Engineering.

- Basic understanding of juice evaporation processes.
- Ability to work safely in hot industrial environments.
