Position Summary
The Senior Sales Executive (Branch Level) is responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition and strengthening relationships with existing partners, including bancassurance channels.
The role focuses on:
- Promoting tailored health insurance solutions to retail and corporate customers.
- Executing localized sales strategies.
- Supporting marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with branch and bank staff.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Contributing to market expansion in emerging and high-potential segments.

Main Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand into emerging markets and drive client acquisition.
- Identify new market opportunities and tailor health insurance solutions to customer needs.
- Engage prospective corporate and retail clients and present customized insurance proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product alignment and smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor sales performance using KPIs, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical business practices.

- Increased revenue and client acquisition in emerging markets.
- Strategic partnerships that support market entry and growth.

Qualifications & Experience
Academic Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Postgraduate qualification (added advantage).
- Professional certifications in:
- Business Development,
- CRM,
- Data Protection, or
- Insurance (desirable).
- Professional membership (added advantage).
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
