Job Summary
ABC Group Tanzania is inviting applications from qualified and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Billing Clerk at ABC Emporio in Dar es Salaam.
The successful candidate should have a good understanding of billing, invoicing, receipts and payment documentation, with strong numerical, organizational and reconciliation skills. The role requires accuracy in data entry, proper maintenance of financial records and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts or a related role is preferred.
- Good understanding of billing, invoicing, receipts and payment documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP, Point of Sale (POS) or accounting systems is an added advantage.
- Good numerical, organizational and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
