Job Summary

ABC Group Tanzania is inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Sales Executive (Male) at ABC Ceramics in Dar es Salaam.

The successful candidate should have strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to promote products, build customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Candidates should be confident, presentable, results-oriented and capable of working effectively as part of a team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in showroom sales, retail or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong negotiation and sales-closing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
