Job Title: Branch Loan Officer

Job Purpose
Stability in smooth-functioning of the sales activities in the branch; Proper and well-informed knowledge on all company’s loan products and assistance in resolving customer queries.
Basic Job Functions

Agent Management: Support recruitment of sales agents to ensure achievement of sales targets and team retention.

Loan Processing: Conduct loan appraisals in line with credit and compliance policies while supporting loan recovery.

Asset Management: Manage branch assets and inventory, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and compliance.

Sales Growth: Drive sales performance by implementing strategies for new and repeat business growth.

Lead Conversion: Cross-sell loan products and assist in converting leads from various channels.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to credit, customer service, collection, and compliance policy.
Minimum Qualification and Experience

Education: At least a Diploma in any business-related discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding, dynamics, and knowledge of the financial industry.

Soft Skills: Ability to deliver as a team and as an individual.
