Job Summary: The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Bureau De Change Branch, ensuring efficient foreign currency buying and selling activities while delivering exceptional customer service. The role is responsible for driving branch profitability, supervising branch staff, ensuring compliance with Bank of Tanzania regulations and internal policies, managing cash flow and foreign currency availability, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives. The Branch Manager will also monitor operational performance, maintain security and risk controls, and ensure the branch achieves its financial and operational targets in line with the company’s standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ working experience in Branch Operations
- Mid-level or Senior Position experience in Bureau de Change will be an added advantage.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Branch operations and foreign exchange operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong business acumen.

The candidate must be willing and ready to work in any region where Kadoo BDC operates.
