1. Tyre Supervisor (1 Position)

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• At least 4 years of proven experience in tyre management, maintenance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of:
  • Tyre inspection.
  • Tyre fitting.
  • Tyre rotation.
  • Tyre repairs.
  • Tyre maintenance procedures.
• Ability to monitor tyre performance and maintain accurate records.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise tyre technicians and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all tyre maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor tyre condition, performance, and inventory levels.
• Ensure proper tyre installation, rotation, and replacement schedules.
• Maintain accurate tyre records and prepare reports.
• Enforce safety procedures and company standards.

2. Workshop Supervisor (2 Positions)

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• At least 4 years of proven experience in managing or supervising workshop operations.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Vehicle maintenance.
  • Equipment repairs.
  • Workshop procedures.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily workshop activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Plan and allocate maintenance and repair duties to workshop staff.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained according to company standards.
• Monitor availability and proper use of spare parts and workshop tools.
