Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or System analysis or business analysis and experience working on financial systems and ability to extract/apply information for business advantage.

Core responsibilities

• Commission Processing: Calculate and process commissions accurately for all sales channels in line with approved incentive schemes.
• Data Management – Maintain accurate sales, performance, and commission records to support timely and error-free payments.
• Compliance & Audit – Ensure commission payments comply with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis – Prepare commission reports and provide insights on performance trends and incentive effectiveness.
• Dispute Resolution – Resolve commission-related queries and discrepancies promptly through stakeholder collaboration.
• Plan Optimization – Review and recommend improvements to commission structures to drive performance and business growth.

Competences

• SQL and Database Management (proficiency in SQL Server, Postgres, DB2, Oracle, MySQL)
• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools
• Knowledge in Data science new methods (includes but not limited to Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data visualization, Big Data)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
