The Compliance Executive will work closely with management, employees, business partners, and external stakeholders to support the company’s compliance framework and ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Purpose
The Compliance Executive will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of TotalEnergies’ compliance programme.
The role involves conducting compliance assessments, supporting training initiatives, managing compliance reporting, promoting ethical business practices, and ensuring company procedures align with Group directives.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management
The Compliance Executive will:
- Conduct due diligence reviews, including:
- Reviewing due diligence questionnaires
- Following up with business contacts and third parties
- Supporting compliance verification processes
- Coordinate the Tone at the Top Programme by:
- Promoting awareness of the Code of Conduct
- Communicating company compliance policies
- Supporting ethical business practices
- Assist the Compliance Officer/PCD in organising compliance training sessions at least quarterly for:
- Employees
- Exposed staff members
- Relevant external stakeholders
- Ensure continuous improvement of the compliance programme.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure policies and procedures comply with Group requirements.
Training and Awareness
Responsibilities include:
- Working with Human Resources to ensure employee participation in:
- Mandatory e-learning programmes
- Compliance training activities
- Promoting compliance awareness among operational teams including:
- Service station staff
- Dealers
- Vendors
- Transporters
- Associates
- Facilitating compliance training for new and existing employees.
Compliance Monitoring and Reporting
The role will:
- Monitor and record customer complaints related to:
- Ethics
- Compliance issues
- Maintain and update compliance reports.
- Prepare annual compliance activity reports.
- Support compliance monitoring activities across the organisation.
Administrative and Finance Support Duties
The Compliance Executive will also:
- Create purchase orders and generate goods receipts for Finance and Accounts Department purchases.
- Develop and maintain proper filing systems.
- Ensure memos, letters, and documents are delivered to relevant departments.
- Receive and maintain invoice records from different departments.
- Ensure Finance and Accounts departments have required stationery supplies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile
Education
