• Title: Customer Service Officer

• Vacant Positions: 1

• Work Station: Unguja

Key Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: Assist customers visiting the branch by providing timely and professional service.

• Query Management: Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Recovery Support: Support debt collection activities in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.

• Operational Standards: Compliance and policy adherence to ensure standard operations.

• Data Security: Maintain high confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications.

• Experience: Experience in handling customer queries is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong customer care skills.

• Good problem analysis and solving skills.

• High emotional intelligence.
