Basic Job Functions

1. Recruitment, training, and coaching the Sales Team.

2. Ensure Team achievement of Sales Targets.

3. Ensure the portfolio is performing within the Company standards.

4. Timely submission of Reports.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or any Business-related field.

• At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.

• Proficiency in computer applications.

Additional Attributes

• Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team.

• Good customer care skills.

• Possess analytical, good communication, and reporting skills.

• Good problem analysis and solving skills.
