Debt collectors – 4 positions

Job description

We are looking for four (4) committed and results-oriented Debt Collectors to join our team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.

Key responsibilities

1. Contact customers with overdue payments via phone calls and field visits.
2. Follow up and negotiate payment arrangements.
3. Recover outstanding debts in line with company policies.
4. Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
5. Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
6. Work closely with the finance and credit teams.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is an added advantage.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
5. Honest, disciplined, and result-driven.
6. Fluent in Kiswahili (English is an added advantage).
