BTFL is seeking applications from competent, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Divisional Human Resources Business Partner (DHRBP).
Position Purpose
The Divisional Human Resources Business Partner (DHRBP) will support the decentralization of Human Resource operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, ultimately contributing to increased organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Assess current and future workforce needs.
- Ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Support employee retention initiatives.
HR Business Partnering
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and managers.
- Align HR initiatives with organizational goals and operational priorities.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
- Support performance management processes.
- Facilitate career development and employee engagement initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Work closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team.
- Support the design and delivery of training and capacity-building programs.
- Enhance workforce skills, capabilities, and productivity.
HR Programs & Policy Review
- Evaluate HR programs and initiatives.
- Recommend improvements to ensure effectiveness and business value.
- Ensure HR policies remain current and aligned with organizational requirements.
HR Compliance & Best Practices
- Stay updated on emerging HR trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and organizational policies.
Safeguarding Responsibilities
- Promote a safe working environment free from abuse, harassment, neglect, and exploitation.
- Serve as a key resource for safeguarding guidance and implementation.
- Promote awareness and adherence to safeguarding policies among team members.
- Follow safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage compliance across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Public Administration
- Law
- Or any related field
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar Human Resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
