Job Summary
The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing cleaning, gardening, landscaping, hygiene standards, environmental compliance, and facility maintenance activities to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained working environment.
The role also involves supervising support staff, managing inventory, enforcing health and safety standards, and coordinating facility improvement initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Cleaning Supervision
The Facilities Supervisor will:
- Oversee daily cleaning activities.
- Ensure high hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Monitor cleaning quality and performance.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are followed effectively.
2. Gardening & Landscaping Management
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising gardening and landscaping activities.
- Managing:
- Watering schedules
- Plant maintenance
- Pest control measures
- Ensuring outdoor areas remain attractive and well-maintained.
- Supporting environmental beautification initiatives.
3. Staff Supervision & Management
The successful candidate will:
- Allocate duties and responsibilities to staff.

- Train and guide team members.
- Promote adherence to workplace procedures and safety requirements.
- Ensure effective coordination of daily operations.
4. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance
The role requires:
- Ensuring safe handling and storage of chemicals.
- Promoting environmental sustainability practices.
- Monitoring compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Supporting implementation of environmental and safety initiatives.
5. Inventory Control
The Facilities Supervisor will:
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning and gardening materials.
- Maintain inventory usage records.
- Ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Prevent wastage and misuse of resources.
6. Reporting & Facility Improvement
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing regular supervision and activity reports.
- Identifying facility maintenance and improvement needs.
