JOB OPPORTUNITY: FINANCE STAFF
Halotel is currently hiring for the position of Finance Staff. This role involves managing financial records, analyzing data to determine the company’s financial health, and ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data entry in ERP system.

Collect all financial records and maintain them for easy readability.

Examining expenses submitted by employees.

Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable.

Keep all trade invoices to ensure that payments are reconciled on a regular basis.

Have a thorough grasp of Purchase Orders, terms, and conditions for BTS fuel.

Work with different departments to ensure that expense sheets are reconciled at a regular interval.

Ensure that all documents are safe and secured.
-
Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health.

Prepare analysis of cost reduction action items at an individual level, team level and departmental level.

Control approved budget and ensure branch and department requests are within approved budget.
QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.

Technical Skills: Ability to use Excel, Microsoft Word, and email.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to solve problems quickly and judiciously.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to spot discrepancies, and ability to communicate financial issues to non-finance stakeholders.

Work Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve them under time constraints.
