About the Role
Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join the Rooms division.
In this leadership role, you will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining the high luxury standards of the Four Seasons brand. You will act as a primary operational contact, guiding and supporting Front Desk Agents, handling elevated guest interactions, and driving high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Supervise front desk workflow, review daily arrivals/departures, and ensure smooth, efficient check-in and check-out experiences for all guests.

Team Guidance & Training: Coach, mentor, and support Front Desk Agents; assist in training team members on brand standards, service protocols, and system procedures.

Guest Relations & Service Recovery: Actively engage with guests, recognize VIPs and returning guests, address guest concerns with empathy and authority, and ensure swift resolution of operational challenges.

Room & Inventory Management: Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to manage room availability, handle special room assignments, and accommodate unique guest preferences.

Administrative & Financial Control: Ensure accurate billing practices, manage cash handling oversight, audit front desk shift reports, and maintain compliance with internal financial controls.

Cross-Departmental Synergy: Collaborate effectively with Concierge, Valet, Housekeeping, and Security to deliver a unified, luxury guest experience.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage).

Experience:
-
Minimum of 2–3 years of front desk/front office experience within a hotel or resort environment.

Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a luxury hospitality setting is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), particularly Opera.

Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Excellent problem-solving, stress management, and decision-making capabilities.
