Job Opportunity: FTTH Multi Dwelling Units Sales Executive at Halotel
Halotel is hiring an FTTH Multi Dwelling Units Sales Executive for apartments and large buildings. The role focuses on driving FTTH subscriber growth by managing customers in apartments, gated communities, and large residential buildings while building strong relationships with property stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and partner with landlords/property managers to secure access for sales.

Promote and sell FTTH services through on-site campaigns and direct engagement.

Increase building penetration and meet monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with technical teams for smooth installations and issue resolution.

Manage customer experience and support retention efforts.

Track performance and report market insights.
Qualifications, Requirements & Skills

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in telecom/field sales (FTTH or MDU preferred).

Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Capabilities: Ability to work independently in the field with basic knowledge of fiber products and installations.

Competencies: Good reporting and problem-solving skills.
