Head of Finance

Shree Hindu Mandal Hospitals is inviting qualified and experienced Tanzanian professionals to join its team as Head of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts Department.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Monitor revenue, costs and overall financial performance.
• Ensure proper financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate external audits and statutory compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to management.
• Supervise and develop the finance team.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA/ACCA will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and accounting.
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance and audit processes.
