Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a hotel, lodge, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, kitchen safety, and FIFO principles.
• Strong teamwork and discipline, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in English with good communication skills.
