SALES EXECUTIVE – MAYZON GROUP

Mayzon Group Limited is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join its team as a Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Identify, persuade, and assist prospective customers at Vodacom touchpoints.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and needs.
• Resolve technical issues related to mobile devices, services, and network connectivity.
• Manage and document customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests by completing SRM logs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and Vodacom offerings.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Sell scratch vouchers and other products offered through the company’s retail channel.
• Promote Vodacom products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication of product features and benefits.
• Create LIPA numbers and facilitate KASI Internet, SUPA KASI activation, FWA, and other related services.
• Gather information on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Plan and schedule Go-To-Market activities to acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships.

3. General Duties

• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to sales and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Perform other job-related duties or tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a telecommunications company, preferably with experience working with Vodacom.
• A Diploma or higher qualification. A Diploma in Sales will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
