Job Overview

The HR Learning, Training and Development Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee learning and development programs that support organizational growth and employee performance.

Education Requirements

  • Manage and support the Training Management System (TMS)
  • Prepare:
    • Training reports
    • Dashboards
    • Employee learning analytics
  • Develop learning resources and support organizational development initiatives
  • Research modern learning trends and best practices
  • Ensure accessibility and smooth coordination of all learning programs
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by management
