Job Summary
Twyford Tiles Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce requirements.
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead conflict resolution initiatives and promote employee engagement and retention.
Performance Management
- Design and implement employee performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting performance objectives and development plans.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Identify organizational training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and learning programs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer salary structures, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
- Conduct market salary benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation.
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
Strategic Human Resources
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Standard office working hours with occasional extended hours during recruitment or HR-related projects.
