Job Overview

The HR Trainee Programme is a structured development programme designed to guide trainees through a learning pathway that provides practical exposure and professional growth within the Human Resources field.

The programme aims to introduce trainees to the sugar industry and Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL), while equipping them with the technical knowledge, leadership skills, and business understanding required for success in HR.

Programme Objectives

The HR Trainee Programme is intended to:

• Provide exposure to the sugar industry and KSCL operations.
• Develop technical HR skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
