Job Summary
The role involves managing human resources functions, administrative operations, and multilingual communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and local teams. The position requires strong HR expertise combined with translation and coordination abilities in a multicultural work environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
- Manage HR functions including recruitment and onboarding
- Support training and employee development activities
- Handle performance management processes
- Manage employee relations and workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws
2. Administration & Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and coordination
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and records
- Support administrative efficiency across departments
- Ensure accurate handling of company information
3. Translation & Communication Support
- Translate and interpret between Chinese, English, and Swahili
- Facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking partners
- Ensure accurate understanding of business and corporate terminology
- Support smooth cross-cultural communication
4. Compliance & Confidentiality
- Maintain strict confidentiality of HR and corporate information
- Uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive data
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in:
- HR management
- Administration
- Multilingual communication in a manufacturing or international environment
Language Skills
- Fluent in:
- Chinese
- English
- Swahili
- Strong ability in translation and interpretation of business communication

- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
