Commission-Based Opportunity

Reignova Technologies Company Limited is seeking ambitious and self-driven Independent SaaS Sales Agents to introduce and sell its software applications to businesses and organizations across Tanzania.

Selected agents will receive product training, approved sales resources, and support from Reignova’s technical and commercial teams. The role involves identifying prospective customers, understanding their business needs, presenting suitable Reignova applications, and converting qualified opportunities into paid subscriptions.

Salary: Commission-only; no fixed monthly salary

Key Responsibilities

• Find and engage prospective business customers.
• Present and demonstrate Reignova’s SaaS applications.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals, subscriptions, and customer onboarding with the Reignova team.
• Achieve monthly sales and collected revenue targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Reignova is looking for individuals who:

• Are confident communicators who enjoy meeting people and developing business relationships.
• Are self-motivated and able to prospect, follow up, and work independently.
• Are comfortable learning about and explaining technology products.
• Can communicate effectively in English and Kiswahili.
• Have sales experience, which is an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong potential and willingness to learn, even without previous sales experience.
