Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, products, and application processes.
• Review customer files to ensure all required documents are complete, properly submitted, and accurately filed.
• Verify the authenticity of customer documents and identify inconsistencies or potential fraudulent documents.
• Maintain and update client records accurately and securely.
• Support front office and back-office teams with administrative and operational activities.
• Escalate unresolved customer concerns or documentation issues to relevant supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be a recent graduate (Class of 2024/2025).
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Have basic knowledge of financial and customer documentation, including:
  • National ID cards
  • Business licenses
  • Utility bills
  • Other customer records
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
• Show willingness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization.
