Requirements

The ideal candidate must:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree (minimum Upper Second Class) from a recognized university.

• Have graduated within the last 12 months.

• Demonstrate strong future-focused skills, including Data Analytics, Process Automation, Data Science, Sustainability, Change Management, and Digital & Technical Proficiency.

• Possess strong problem-solving, adaptability, resilience, leadership, social influence, and continuous learning capabilities.

• Demonstrate Equity Bank’s values and a passion for driving socio-economic change.
