IP-NETWORK STAFF

EXECUTIVE, COORDINATE:

• Learning, operating and maintaining IP network delivering IP data, voice and video to deploy customer access network

• Prepare Scripts/DT/MOP for integration of services on Core IP devices.

• Receive and process WO from Customer Care unit or other units to integrate Customer services.

• Make CR to impact on the system, and follow CR workflow towards implementation and closing.

• Firmly seize the IP-Network network diagram, particularly Metro optical network, Microwave network.

• Perform route configuration, network protection and station to develop network, check network and optimize route.

• Manage data and regularly update the diagrams and database of metro and core IP.

• Network IP planning, designing, supervision and cooperate in solving breakdown.

• Ensuring and adhere to the company security policies to protect Infrastructure, networks and data.

• Integrate Transmission nodes, provide routes for network development, project customer development; make CR impacting on Transmission network.

• Cooperate with vendors and Field team to install, integrate and commission new equipment.

• Perform other duties as assigned by direct Manager.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications/ Computer science/ Information Technology or any related field.

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in a relevant field.

• Attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills.

• Good networking skills is highly preferred.

• Professional certification is an added advantage; CCNA/HCIA/JNCIA etc
