Job Summary

Cerba Lancet Tanzania is seeking a qualified and experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure and systems.

The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations that support the organization’s diagnostic services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • IT infrastructure
  • Networks
  • Systems
  • Cybersecurity
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or healthcare IT is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
