Position Overview

Tanzania Specialist is seeking six Knowledge Support Officers to provide travel guidance, customer support, and booking assistance to clients. The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of travel services, and the ability to provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on:
  • Travel destinations
  • Itineraries
  • Travel services
• Provide accurate and timely travel information.
• Support clients with:
  • Bookings
  • Reservations
  • Travel documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of travel products, policies, and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Handle multiple client requests efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• Diploma or Degree in:
  • Tourism
  • Hospitality
  • Business Administration
  • Related fields

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience.
• Experience in:
  • Customer service
  • Tourism
  • Travel consultancy
    is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Reservation systems (desirable)
• Fluency in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
