About the Role

Simplepay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd is hiring Loan Officers and Collection Officers to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service, communication, and building a career in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Loan Recovery & Collections

Review and follow up on overdue accounts for repayment collection
Collect loan repayments according to agreed schedules
Ensure proper tracking of customer repayment status

2. Customer Management

Conduct customer due diligence and maintain accurate KYC documentation
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

3. Administrative Duties

Perform front desk and basic administrative support tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Performance Targets (KPIs)

Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets
Meet collection targets consistently
Support new customer acquisition goals
Maintain active customer portfolio performance standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of High School education
Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Good time management and customer service skills
Self-driven, reliable, and a team player
Basic computer literacy required
Owning a smartphone is an added advantage
