Role Purpose

This consultancy is focused on designing and operationalizing a nationally integrated digital SBC/RCCE ecosystem in Tanzania.

The system is intended to:

  • Strengthen youth engagement through digital platforms

Core Areas of Work

1. Digital SBC/RCCE Systems Architecture

The consultant will design a unified national ecosystem that:

  • Anchors within the Ministry responsible for Youth
  • Integrates multiple government ministries over time
  • Establishes governance structures and SOPs
  • Ensures interoperability between platforms
  • Aligns digital tools with national priorities and UNICEF strategy

2. System Operationalization & Institutionalization

Goal:

  • Avoid parallel emergency systems by embedding into national architecture

6. Cross-Sector Integration
